People, I am finally giving up on the chrome and am going to go a different route, looking for some sound advice here. Going to ditch my chrome 20's and get some matte black 20's, any ideas on a good look? Also, going to ditch the 37's and go to a 38, any feedback on whether this will run that much of a difference on power and drive from what I am currently experiencing with the 37's?

With going to 38's, that should give you an idea of what a good wheel could be. Really looking for matte black though so that I can fix any blemishes with a can of spraypaint- after the chrome pitting after one winter, not a fan of chrome anymore. Anyone have any ideas of what woudl look good with this setup besides the Rockstars?

Open to feedback, big changes coming very soon on my ride, looking at a new paint job too...

Hi i can't help with your pick for new tires and wheels but i know how you feel about pitted chrome. The stuff they add to the salt here in Ont. Can. over the last few years has changed and it just eats chrome and paint its sucks. Tire rack has a thing to see what different tires and wheels will look like on your truck here is a link http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/resultsA.jsp?autoMake=Hummer&autoModel=H2&autoYear=2008&autoModClar=&sort=Price hope this helps to pick your new tires and wheels

Unless you want an entirely new design, Ive seen many have their chrome rims powdercoated black. Definitely saves a few pennies. :beerchug:

Alright guys, made the move today!

20" Rockstars, Toyo MT 40's

Love the combo, hard one to beat. Really wanted to rock the 22"s with 40's, but the 22's just had too much of an offset, would have looked stupid with my wheels sticking way out.

Next move, get rid of all additional chrome piece by piece, going back to black!:dancingbanana: :dancingbanana:
