ok so a few months ago i let my dealership install a pair of new keys for my torsions bars, well i got it back and had to crank the bars and even at full crank the lower a arms are only about 1/4- 1/2 inch of the bump stop which looks close to stock? im wondering if i need to take them of and rotate them one spline down because maybe he didnt put them on correctly? one is at full crank and one is about 1/4 inch thread from being full crank. i figured one bar was weaker than the other so thats no that big of a deal. i also have spring spacer in the back i think there 1 inch .how far off the bump stops should the lower a arm be after i crank? and how high is to high for the suspension to get into a bind ? i own an 06 H2

At stock height, the lower bump stops almost touch or in some cases touch the lower a-arms. Also check the upper metal bump stop and the upper a-arm gap. If you only have about 1" gap there, then you are at around 2" lift. It is hard to approximate with the bump stops though, since they sit so far inward and a slight difference there will amount to a big difference at the wheels. Best is to measure the height from the center of the rim to the fenders and post some numbers on the forum. Then we can compare these to some measurements from lifted H2's. Indy
