I was once told "Its better to have bad luck than no luck at all"
Had a great weekend as you can see from the picture... front driver side brake seized in the open position, causing the tire to break all 6 lugs, snap off 3 studs and bend over the remaining 3. Tire went about a quarter mile down the road before stopping, and rotor dug into the road about 2 inches after skidding 12 feet. Dealer was $872(both front pads and rotors, replacing all 6 studs and looking at the hub to make sure it wasnt bad) and would have taken 4-7 days to get parts... got my buddy at NAPA to get me parts overnighted for $226. Truck has over 30k so the brakes we're too off from getting changed anyways... trying to be optimistic, lol.
