Noise in the steering wheel?

Any of you guys getting this ratcheting noice from the steeringwheel/airbag when turning right to left? Mine sounds like your pulling a tape measure in and out when turning. I think its the airbag clock spring? The dealer is clueless.

tie rod ends are loose, go to the dealer, and if im right you owe me 5 bucks!
