I spent $375 on the DiabloSport Predator Programmer.
I saw no appreciable difference in performance.
I saw no increase in MPG (I was hoping - but there were no promises for that).
I saw no change in the annoying shifting in slight road inclines (I read, here, that I should not expect that either, but again I was hoping).
I did see an increase of my dollar spending because the Predator manual stresses that I now use Premium fuel.
Sorry to say, but I sure wish I had that money back.

I have a Hypertech programmer. You can get them for $315 brand new on eBay.
I mainly got it to change the speedometer for larger tires and didn't change the shift points. I've only had it for a week, too, so I can't tell much mileage difference. And, I put it on with a K&N FIPK and Magnaflow cat-back. With all three, I do notice a change in performance. It's hard to say what is from what, though.
The larger tire change worked great, though.
