Ready to order, any dealer recs?

I'm finally ready to order. Does anyone know if there are any dealers in or around Arizona accepting GMID (thanks f5) that aren't a pain to deal with?? I'm willing to travel as far as Sewell in Texas, but if I can find it closer that would be really great. Also how long is it taking to receive once orders are placed?

I'm ordering Black Lux, manual, offroad, marker lights, brush guard and I think thats all. There aren't anymore constraints on these right?

I understand that roof marker lights are still quarantined, they can be added later though, as they are all installed by the dealer anyway.

Yea, I agree - dont sweat the maker lights now and get what you want now, the right price and excellent service and I would recommend Sewell in Dallas.
