This is my first posting to the forum so I thought I'd introduce myself with a picture of my new Black H2 Lux edition with wood grain interior package and 2 headrest mounted monitors with DVD player.

I'm trying to attach a picture that I have stored on a CD, but it is telling me that I am exceeding the limit allowed. It's only one picture. Can anybody offer some advice, please?

Welcome to the forums, and I am sorry that you are having difficulty.

There is a limit of 200kb for attachments. It appears that your photo is too large to attach. Try re-sizing it in another program (like Photo Shop) down to about 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high. Then re-save it. Come back to the forums and attach it again. It should work.

If you would like, I will resize it for you. Send the photo to me via email: jrosoff@sprynet.com. I will send it right back to you.

Regards,
Jason

Welcome to the Forum Tyler-dad. Sorry you had a bumpy start posting that picture, but it's a good one. I also notice the LSU front plate. We have another regular Forum member named Tigerbait who is a big LSU fan.

Welcome Tyler's Dad!!! You may have started a new trend with your User Name. I'm thinking that I'll have to change my User Name to Vinny's Dad.http://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/biggrin2.gif

Hey guys, thanks for the warm welcome. I'm still trying to figure out how you change the file size of a picture in the imaging software i have. As soon as I figure this thing out, I'll post a picture of the woodgrain dash.

Congratulations on both new babies! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Welcome to the forum, and nice looking rig. I'm constantly amazed at how big a difference just chroming the stock rims makes...I HAVE to get that done!

You should have a program like MS Paint on your computer. Launch it, choose file, open, then look for a tools menu. You should have a resize option there. Try for 800x600, that should meet the size quota. Then do a Save as on the picture with a new name. This should solve the problem. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Cool; reminds me of what Jaguar uses in their Sport models (e.g. XJR, XKR).

I see you got your photo issues figured out. Good job! Nice looking dash, too. I'm not a big fan of the wood grain, but this looks really nice. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Wow, that grey wood looks really nice!

When you said woodgrain, I was thinking of a burled walnut look, and the first thing that came to mind was "yuck".

I REALLY like to look of the grey though, it looks great with you interior color.

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks Mike.

I looked at several different styles and colors and I thought it looked the best based on the interior color. I have seen an H2 that had the walnut color and it seemed to clash in my opinion.

great looking truck. Were the chrome wheels added after taking delivery? If so, from where did you order them? Also, same question regarding the monitors.(ie. brand and source)

Hey BLG, Sorry for taking so long to get back with you. Originally my Hummer had the stock cast aluminum wheels and black tubular step bar on it when at the dealership. I had them switch out the wheels for a set of stock chrome wheels and chrome tubular step bar before taking delivery. The monitors, which are Vizualogics brand, were installed by the dealer before taking delivery as well. My dealer had all kinds of accessories in the showroom to check out when picking out my Hummer.

Thanks for the reply. The Vizualogics seem to be popular on this site.
