Your amp didn't get powered up. Try turning your key fully off and back on and try again.

This seems to happen way more than it should . Maybe two or three times a week . Oh ya , I have a 05 .

According to my dealer this was a common problem in 03's. I had my amp replaced in my 03 within a couple of months of new. They may have even a recall on this. I have not had a problem with my 05 and I'm pretty sure they fixed the problem by end of 03 model year.

I have an early '03 and the only time it has done it with me is when I was having battery problems and that was maybe twice.
