Yup, Just like my AR 15 with pistol grip, 20 round mags, (or my 30 round for that matter) flash suppressor and bayonet lug. I have owned this weapon since 1983 or so and I "think" it will be grandfathered in due to date of purchase as last time they "banned assault weapons".

Basically anything that looks like an AR15 / M16 is what they are referring to - thats the way that I read it.

:iagree: The GOV has been after all AR15/M16 for a while now. What ever happened to the right to bear arms??? Who cares if I own a .22 or a .50 BMG. It's my damn right!!!
