If there is no screen, there is a high change that Luongo will stop it. That was a beauty but with a touch of luck.

The Ducks will test him early. They're gonna crash him and try to knock him off his game.

I love crossbars.:clapping:

I don't know what a pronger and needlemer are, but I guess no one likes my picks, so screw you all.;)

New list from me:
Rangers over Sabres in 6
Canuckees over Duckees in 5 ( maybe 4)
Ottawa in 5 over NJ
Sharks in 5 over Detroit

But I'll change my mind soon enough since I'm just making this junk up anyway.

Bring it on Hockeytown!!!!

http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/news?slu...v=ap&type=lgns

"OUTLOOK: Red Wings finally survive first round only to lose in second. Sharks in 6."

http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/playoffs/detsan

"Bottom Line: Sharks' size and skill will wear down Wings even though Detroit is bigger and stronger. Bertuzzi remains the 'wildcard' for Detroit. Sharks in 6."

Interesting.

Redwings go down.

Devils lose a close one.

I didn't see it but the devils game didn't sound like it was close. Didn't the sens score 4 in the first? Elias is out, and it sounded like Brodeur was shaky again. I figured that the devils would have to hit this series hard and fast to take it, so this is a step in the wrong direction. Go Sharks!

I think the canuckians are required to work until dark, then they are allowed out. That or their eyes are only accustomed to the darkness due to the Northen lattitude of there country leaving them in total darkness most of the year. Therefore it is not safe for them to drive in the daylight.Due to the time differential it means the games start very late for us east coasters. :giggling:

I think your hooked on hockey Ken, you just need to pick a better team. :fdance:

They play at weird times so that the game can be watched coast to coast. Don't feel bad, I had to leave work an hour early to watch my home team play.

Well kinda. I live well north of oakland but usually drive through that way on the way to SJ. With no traffic I can get to the tank in about an hour. This time we'll drive the back way. I figure if I leave by 3, I should get there by 7 easily. Besides, I can't leave now - still waiting for fedex to bring my tickets.
