Diagnostic Computer for H2
I bought a diagnostic computer and used it on my orange 2003 H2. The plug is just to the left of the steering column. It gave me a code which meant I had a low signal from a sensor. The sensor was unplugged!
When plugged in, my engine BIL light cleared! I had a mechanic tell me I needed a new manifold gasket to clear that BIL! That was going to cost around $1000! I advocate that all of you get diagnostic computers. Mine cost about $50. |

Good Deal Ken
I bought my ELM 327 bluetooth a few years ago for like 27 bucks shipped and then bought the full version of Torque for my Anadroid for I think 5 bux. Great Investment! If you can let everyone know which you got that would be great! PS it is sad that some mechanics will do what they can to get a buck, while others are upfront and honest. But, the sad thing is.... it doesnt only apply to mechanics.... I was witness to a doctor this week who quoted a price at almost double what is normally charged just because she could and because it was a captive audience (and this wasnt even for anything but her talking). |
