Very well said jeephreak.
Welcome to the forum. That is as long as you are not here to simply bash the H2

Thanks, glad to check out the "dark side"

I see no need to bash either or...I have my preference and thats all there is to it. If any of yas are in AZ gimme a shout, I'd love to go wheeling with ya!

You're the kind of guy we'd love to wheel with!

This video is just a plain response to the moderator and the misinformation that keeps gettig supported over there.

Jeep Forum BURNED the bridge a long time ago.

Just wanted to show how it feels when "The tables are turned."

One regret I have is disappointing my good friends Seth and Joyce who I very much respect. Just frustrated trying to repair a bridge that they keep burning down.

I don't recall how many H2 owners here are in AZ but there are several H3 owners there. Post in the H3 section that you would like to go out wheeling. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Will do, thanks for the tip!!! To be honest I didnt even think the H3 was even out yet.

And remember in the end....we are all into the same thing - wheeling. No different than a bunch of guys all trying to get laid, but with different preferences in condoms!

I'm always down for wheeling!!! So maybe moab or something. Seems to be popular with everyone!

I have seen most of the videos that are being referred to in this thread and all I can say is $hit happens.

I have seen plenty of jeeps break down on the trail and plenty of hummers on the side of the freeway. Part of owning a vehicle.

Dont get me wrong, I dont want to be a trader to my peeps over a jf.com, there are a ton of great guys who know boat loads about jeeps, but it just puzzles me how this stuff gets so out of control.

Not a slam...you know what I meant. I havent been wheeling with a Hummer - so i cant make a claim about them on the trail and dont want to use videos ive seen as my proof. (trying to keep it limited to my experiences) Just saying they all (vehicles) have issues. As owners we can all agree on that.

NJ H2 07-21-2005 07:28 PM

That was a great video! It seems to be that the video was made all in good fun with a slant towards having the truth be told about the H2!
I'm sure the jeepers understand and most of them probably liked it!
IMO, this video could build bridges and if a Jeeper did a video about the H2 I would watch it and laugh just as I'm sure most of the people on the Jeep forum most likely did!
A little forum rivalry is a good thing! Things get interesting and people are always coming back for the latest news and new friends get made!
Lighten up; it's only a video!
Now go sell your Jeep and come to a real
forum

usetosellhummer 07-21-2005 07:33 PM

Oh my! Damn boy Gm should hire you for hummer marketing. that video would sell the H3 to every 20-30 something person in the country.
It's skill too, Ive stuck em both, but for a stock Suv The HUMMER ROCKS YOU LIKE A HURRICANE

HeimenHummer 07-21-2005 07:34 PM

Damn that was good! The best ever I think. Especially the Iraqi defense guy stating Jeep is a very very very god offroader. Lmao!

This video is going to stand the test of time wether they like it or not, it's going to spread.

Can you mail me a bigger format or DVD?

Not mine. I bought the self-preservation feature. It graphically polymorphs it's own parts on an as needed basis in real time and on the fly. Break a tie-rod on the trail? Before the spotter can signal "left" a beefier, all new and shiny tie rod is made from an alloy from the inert ingredients sucked up through the omni-absorbent tire system. Ever seen the movie Terminator?

It was a $32 upgrade.

Actually I got a call from GM/Hummer aboot an hour ago.

My dealership who is looping the vid on bigscreen in their showroom forwarded the copy to Head Office.

Someone from marketing will be calling me in tommorrow apparently.

....I'd like to dedicate this Oscar to.....

LAY OFF THE NYQUIL BOTTLE!!

tonka61 07-21-2005 07:55 PM

I have a better idea.... lets have a steel cage match at moab.......h2 owner against jeep owner.....put it to rest once and for all.

BlueTJCO 07-21-2005 08:02 PM

not a good idea on the steel cage match. You wont find anyone on this poser site to take you up on it...

DennisAJC 07-21-2005 08:02 PM

We're game.

XM DUDE 07-21-2005 08:08 PM

I guess friends dont let friends drive Jeeps.
Jeepers tend to slam the Hummers so it would be funny to post that on like Jeeps unlimited, it woulden't last long as they would remove it as the truth hurts sometimes.
