Full Row 3rd row seat with shoulder straps

I am looking for a full third row seat with shoulder strap seat belts.
I see plenty of thrid row seats with lap belts but none with shoulder straps.

they dont exist. No one makes one that has been TESTED. Anyone selling them with shoulder belts is basically selling you an equivilant to a rope around your chest. The H2 has no real tie down points you can use so if you try to mount them somewhere it will fail in an accident. Lap belt versions are at least tested
