Recalls?
 

I was just looking for a fix for my windshield wipers on my H2. It has the common gremlin that if it rains too much, eventually the motors get water in them and they either dont work or never shut off.

In this search i found there are 4 recalls on the 03 h2 by the NHTSA

I am wondering, is there a time limit or mileage limit on these recalls?
I was told that the cats going bad before 85,000 miles the government makes the dealer replace them, but unfortunately mine missed the mark by 20,000 miles now.
So I am wondering if there is something similar with these recalls?

Should be no time limit on a NHTSA recall.
