They are.
Now the dolts that continue with the hiring process have to take the BPAD test next. That's an expensive test and on top of that, I bet most won't pass anyway.
Shaggy, this was caused by the justice department, not really any politician's fault.
CO Hummer, yes. I passed all the tests, physical, math, verbal, BPAD (with one of the highest scores they'd seen), polygragh. Everyone of them, but too many people had made it that far so I was cut. They said it was because I had a ticket in '89.
My last one, BTW.
I did well because I had one State Trooper and one VB police officer giving me tips, and playing racquetball together 4-5 times a week to get into shape. They told me all about the BPAD, which made that test a breeze.
Later that year a person that must have gotten lucky and passed the math test was arrested while in uniform. He'd just gotten out of the academy I would have attended and was soliciting sexual favors. What a dumbass.
