We dumped them because they were dragging their feet on supplying us with their new 12K winch. Then it turns out that they were dragging their feet because they were attempting to steal our prototype bumper and claim it as their own.
They got caught red-handed.
I went over to Warn and found their Tabor series winches fit better than MM's anyway. Plus, if there is ever a repair issue with a Warn winch there's service centers everywhere, whereas with a MM you have to ship it back to them.
