I just received a call from the dealership asking me a bunch of rather vauge questions about my service and whether I was satisfied with
"the end result". "Did your service writer do OK"? Blah blah blah. Are you kidding me? The end result?? What about the hassles to get to the end result?? I asked her to be sure to send me a written survey I could fill out with my concerns. In the end, all is well, but before the end, not so well
