As to the tire pressure, go by what's on the tire. You can go above it some, say another 5 lbs. But I don't own an H1, so I'm sure someone else with one can anwer you with more specifics.

I would say go by what's on the
door. Door or somewhere in the door sill. Maybe check your owner's manual as well. My only concern is tire listed pressure would seem not to be based on vehicle weight or dynamics, since the same tire could be used on a multitude of vehicles. Or list Max PSI.
