Print some of the "favorable for you" posts from this thread and add them to your paperwork plus quote (you can find it on this ELCOVA FORUM) the number of people registered on the ENTIRE FORUM and use those numbers in your verbal and written communications with the Dealer and if necessary GM/HUMMER.
I have learned a good lesson from my DADDY. "even though the SQUEEKY HINGE gets oiled first" be firm and strong in your dealing with them but DO NOT fly off the handle. If you do, you only lower yourself and will lose respect. Handle it in a professional manner.
