are your trying email, they didnt respond to mine either. called them and picked rite up. it wasnt alvin, it was the woman dont remember her name, but she could probably help you out or get you alvin. in case you dont have it thier number is (704)-307-4227(Office)

seems they are very strict about their office hours.
