Yes, we need to vote on who will be in charge of the next vote. Then we'll vote on what we'll vote on after that. If that vote goes well and no one threatens to leave over it we'll vote on chapter boundaries. Then we'll vote on how many votes each chapter can have. Will the chapters be autonomous or will they have to wait for a super secret vote from the control freaks? I'm sure there will be a vote on whether or not to vote on it.
