37 inches will fit very easily under the H2 *you may have to adjust your torsion keys a little.. but nothing serious and you wont need to buy new keys or need any kind of lift until you go to 39's.. and even then you might be able to still get away with just cranking the keys to max height.. again though, each truck is different.
13.5 width should fit without any rubbing, but each H2 is a little different
17 inch rims are stock size..
