Interior Light problems - can anyone make a suggestion?

wannab3H3 was right; there is a gay a$$ button on the lower left and you must leave it "out" for the interior lights to "work" - if pressed in they will "not work".

Press button to not work
Dont press button to work

Isnt that backards?
