After seeing those videos I 'm suprised there are any insurgents left Iraq. The Themis squad got 'em running scared

Dude, you are just in the wrong forum for that chit. There are certain things that will always be a joke on this, or any forum for that matter. It just so happens that a few that came before you made a mockery of your "sport" here and it will forever be jaded.

So, post it and have fun with the responses, just don't take 'em personal... aight?

Oh don't get me wrong- I know many people cant grip the sport I get into.
No worries, no harm and no foul.

I was just curious if anyone here attended the event. Maybe I might be able to meet them. I only posted because the Hummer crowd tends to drift towards the "if what I like and drive tweaks you, then piss off" direction.
Same with paintball.

But even more important is the whole admiration that I and many others have for the vets that were involved in D-Day and the fact that none of us would even be posting here if it were not for them, not forgetting the simple historical significance of the battle.

While some may think the entire event, or sport to be lame- the same has been said so many times about taking a vehicle borne from military necessity off road or down the highway for that matter.

aight?

Edit: And of course I don't take it personal. It's all for fun and all good!

Well, until drtyfun shows up at your front door.........

BTW what was the whole "a few that came before you made a mockery of your sport" thing?

Please dont say some asswipes showed and bragged about shooting homes, cars, or people.... That is some crap that is intolerable..

Nope, they started off with SWAT members were better than Marines and then proceeded to attempt to call a few of us ex-Marines out on whether or not we actually served.

This from 18 year old paintballers who had sponsors that provided body armor to the same Marines that they held so much disdain for. Of course, they lied quite a bit about themselves and got caught doing so also.

So, yeah, it is a subject of contention for a few of us Marines here.

oh SCREW that!

Three people on my team are Marines- one current, two honorably discharged and I am honored to play next to them. Those guys have taught me more about tactics than I could have hoped to learn myself.

I can 100% honestly say that if those kids were playing around us, they would have nothing to say about any branch of our U.S. Armed Forces, especially our Marines.

Hahahaha- holy crap- those punks would have had their asses handed to them, and the funny thing is that the one SWAT guy that plays with us would have been laughing at them the whole time.

I apologize to ANY person who served regardless of branch who was offended by those *******s. As the Captain of a tactical paintball team, I can easily say that I would *love* to run into these punks on a field. Wow does that piss me off!

I can understand your opinion now, and that simple fact gets to me quite a bit.

Semper Fi!
