But to answer Klint's question, I would guess the answer is no. Only active GM employees too, don't think it is offered to the retirees.

Just fired up my OnStar.. 2 days ago. They have a special on phone call min. One time charge of $16.00 and change for 130 min. Now that is with my 1 year free subscrition. Don't know if it applies to existing OnStar users..
