Emergency custody hearing today in LA. We'll see, but as much as I hate to admit it, he seems to have calmed down for now and appears to have a good reason to get full custody.

Kevin Federline and his lawyer will be in a Los Angeles courthouse soon for an emergency hearing regarding the custody of five month old and seventeen month old.

Spears and Federline apparently worked out a shared custody deal at the beginning of the year, but Federline is worried Spears isnt provoding the proper care his children need since her very public meltdown over the past seven days.
