How to treat people who owe you money.

I know a couple of guys that were loansharks back in the 70's and 80's. Some of the stuff they used to do was pretty scetchy. They'd go in to peoples houses that owed them money (while the owner was there) and just take stuff, saying they could have it back when they got paid. Or my favorite, "oh you dont have my money? Thats cool, hey you need me to pick your kids up from school tomorrow?"
