Angry Dam Air Suspension

hello i be a newbi

i have a 2004 h2 lol that doent like me anyway a few days ago i came out to the hummer and the battery was dead didnt think anything of it so i jump it and went on my way well the next day i came out and the ass end was down to the wheels so i turned the hummer on and it started but no pumping for the air suspension so i checked the fueses and all check good. The pump and all are under the driver seat right if not where is it, so i can check for power to the mod and pump if so anyone have info on what to check first i do have the circuit layout. i think there is a leak and the pump burned up thats why the batt died but when that happen the h2 was level so iam stumped for now any info would be great

lol a repair manual would be great!!!!

The compressor is under the truck in the back. If you lay under the rear of the truck you will see a steel plate in the center rear of the truck. The Compressor Assembly is mounted on top of this. Your truck will not pump up the suspension if any doors are open. So Start the truck, close all the doors and I bet you hear it start running.

If your compressor fails to run and your fuses are seem to be fine replace the relay. Its located in the engine compartment toward teh bottom of the firewall on the drivers side. Its a small grey box. You can pick these up pretty cheap.

Sounds like you have a leak in the system. Odds are its just aging bags. Squirt them with soapy water and see if they make any bubbles. They usually leak where they fold over the cup. Replacing the bags is easy. In fact pretty much self explanitory.

tc2 has nothing to do with ride height. TC2 stands for Traction Control 2. This allows you to paddle your way through deep mud or sand as apposed to Traction Controll stopping any wheel spin.

The button below it with a pic of the back end and an arrow is your extend ride height button. Also You do not have to hit that button to lift the truck back to stock height. Just start the truck and shut the doors. It should kick the compressor on and lift to normal ride height.
