The picture in tha article...does it seem like there's something amiss with his front end (front wheels seem to be both pointing outwards)?

I suspect, it's from a wide angle lens. (Where's F5 when ya need him)

Its an ULTRA wide angle lens (maybe an 18mm) photographed off to the right of the center line and below...(39 years in the photo industry, 47 years taking photos)
