Default Rear Vision Camera

About 6 months ago I put a wireless rear vision camera in. I mounted it below trailer hitch and I would of had to remove it to install hitch drawbar in receiver. So I made a new bracket and mounted it below spare using swing bar of carrier. Picture was excellent until I closed spare . Went all shxty, barely watchable. So I soldered all splices installed new ground to frame and no better. Open carrier perfect picture of wife's Firebird. Close spare carrier garbage. Do you suppose some kind of elec. field between tailights not affecting it when mounted lower. Told wife I need a better setup but she said it was fine before. So any suggestions besides but it back where it was? thanks The REBel

sounds like a ground problem to me .. i would try moving the ground around and see what happens .. or take the ground off and see how that effects it.

Removed ground no imprvement. I did enclose it in an aluminum box, maybe blocking signal. Thanks for trying. The Reb
