Surferjo is correct. Leather seats with power only comes with the "Luxury Preferred Equipment Group": Code 1SC.

There is an order item for the H3's interior called "Seat and Interior Trim, Leather." This includes "Seat adjuster, power driver 8-way": code AG1. "Seat adjuster, power passenger 8-way": code AG2 and the seat heaters: code KA1

When the dealer brings up "Seat and Interior Trim, Leather" on his computer to order, it clearly states that this "Requires 1SC Preferred Equipment Group." Therefore there is no way that the dealer can order the leather/power seats with either the Base or Adventure models.
