So I found a Discount Tire here that will do a 325/70R17 for $257. He said he couldn't find the 35 12.50, but said this was very close to the same size. I haven't pressed him at all on the price since I'm not ready to buy just yet, but this was his first 'offer'.

+ $10 mounting & balancing
+ $30 for the 100% replacement warranty

It was the Arapahoe / Havana store just east of 25 in the Tech Center...

$257 is a good price and I imagine you'll be hard pressed to find a better one. $10 for mount/balance is typical. $30 for warranty is a great deal.
