I've got one of the CURT front plate mounts that RasterMaster posted the link to...it's the most ridiculously overbuilt thing ever and has to weight 20 lbs. It's perfect!

After someone slid into me during a Colorado snowstorm and trashed my factory plastic mount I wanted something a little heavier duty that would win any "Oooops, I'm sorry I slid into you like that" battles.

Only thing is you have to drill new holes in it vertically in order to mount it on the front of the H2...10 minutes with a Unibit and some a Dremel to clean it up a little and a trip to the powdercoater and it was like it was made for the H2.

Have you thought about a front hitch mounted License Plate frame. No drilling into the bumper or anything just slide the mount into the front hitch.

As mentioned, you may have to modify a hitch mounted plate as the hitch pins typically go in horizontally and not vertically as on the front of the H2...see post above about the CURT license plate mount.
