For starters
I would have the back seats recline.
Have the hood fold forward…..same as the H2.
Have the rear window open.
You??????????

Set it up with 35" tires - Good, serious 35" tires
Give it a bit of suspension lift
Gear it so that it would perform okay with the 35's
Optional front Locker
Thats what I would have GM do as a start, right from the factory

Easy doable stuff:
1. Rear seats that truly fold flat
2. Opening rear window
3. Relocated window switches
4. Driver footrest
5. Driver grab handle
6. Bigger side mirrors with wide angle section for blind spot view a la Ford's.
7. Vinyl spare cover w/ H3 logo
8. Removable rear headrests
9. More inside storage

Head up display...
Relocated seat switches...
Relocatd brake pedal...
Rear backup sensors...
Steering wheel radio controls...
Already has a foldable mirror assembly, and I doubt if we will ever see electric ones...
I'm keeping my list short and reasonable...

4. OPTION FOR BACKUP CAM.
Not too much to ask.

some of these are repeats, but here it goes:
dual climate control
relocate seat controls (make recline power also)
auto up/down all four windows
dimming/power fold in side mirrors
more power
steering wheel radio controls
just a touch wider in the cab
rear seats recline and truly flat folding
removable rear headrests
i like to ask for the world and then settle for something reasonable

mostly the keg cooler and tap , but all of the mentioned options are excellent observations and very doable upgrades. i wonder how much the rig would cost with all of them? I'd pay.
Who can get this to the director of Hummer operations? I'll try, but can't promise it will make it very far.

ajustable head rests for front seats
Auto up and down one touch windows for at least the front windows.
opening rear window
folding flat rear seats, with more width > trim those wheel wheels more cargo space side to side.
Driver grab handle
Electronic folding side mirrors.
Thats all I need to make it perfect

In no particular order
1. Rear seats that truly fold flat
2. Opening rear window
3. Relocated window switches
4. Pedals further apart
5. Removable rear headrests
6. More inside storage
7. More power
8. Rear backup sensors
9. Steering wheel radio controls
10. Dual climate control
But I love my H3 with or without these changes.
