My brother has a set of these wheels/tires for sale. He got them when I did and he had to cancel his H3 due to job transfer. TheY have TPMS SENSOR in each. I will edit this post when I get the details.
THEY ARE THE SHARPEST I HAVE SEEN ON A H3. WE LINE IN GM COUNTRY TOO.

This is what he has
They are mounted and road force balanced with nitrogen
4 Michelin LTX M/S 275/55/20 with 4 Chrome Diablo 8 triple chrome 20" wheels. Each wheel has the GM TPMS sensor for the H3 so no need to break down you orginal tires. $2550.00 for all included chrome lugs and all. He paid much more that that for them. I love mine.
