My dealer told me that my marker lights would not be included on my order due to them being pulled for quality control reasons or some defect they discovered. WTF? Has anyone else ordered the marker lights and been told the same?

I better get marker lights with mine. I wonder if this was the holdup with shipping.

So does that mean the early order folks will not get the lights... while those who can wait until (midsummer?) will get theirs?

I ordered mine already, but now that the marker lights and the Navi isn't available I'm not happy. Don't know if I will take delivery or have them order another at the end of summer. I'm thinking if I don't take delivery they may not order another one at the end of summer, especially with my employee discount.

We are still waiting for our first H3, however, we've gotten RPA's (regular production accy) in for the first dozen or so H3's. Many of them have the light package. By now, the dealerships should be able to order them also as an add on GM accy, so you should be able to get them regardless.

It's probably an issue of getting the rest of the vehicle ready to work with the nav unit, not just as simple as slapping a nav unit in it.

The upper marker lights are dealer installed options and did not have anything to do with the holdup. The only thing the factory does is have the buttons in the dash wired for the lights, and I believe they may all have the switches in the dash.

Just have your local dealer install them when they come in. No big deal. I'm buying mine out of state and if it comes without the marker lights available at that dealer yet, I'll just have my in state guy install them when they're available.
