Default I got 35's installed! BFG MT 315 75R16

HEY FOLKS! I put 35's on my rig, BFG 315 75R16 Mud Terrain T/A KO
They are huge, and I must say no pictures do these tires justice. They look much larger in person, I didn't even think they would fit when I went in to get them installed

I also got the torsion bars turned 2.5 times, what a difference. It really screams HUMMER now.

Thanks to everyone with 35's for all the great reading prior to my decision! You guys and gals rock

And of course, here are pics

Great tire choice, congrats....rotate them often with the spare, they will last.

Flooded anyone? This is normally a dirt road that leads to a small trail, the trail is blocked by a tree that fell (you can just barely see it on the right of pic 3)

We had some huge rains a few days ago and the river is overflowing, I wonder why nobody is enjoying the park?

Thanks everyone!

The other day I parked beside a stock H2 and it was only slightly taller than my H3. Feels good to be on level now with our big brothers (and taller than pre-06 H1's )

Looks good. I had those before and was really glad to get rid of them. No traction what-so-ever on icy roads and noisy as hell. Looks good though.

So far no ice around here, but from what I've heard they're no worse and in many cases better on ice than tires I've had in the past.

I really can't see how you claim they're noisy as hell, they're slightly louder than the stock tires.

BTW, what truck did you have them on?

I'm looking at the same tires, I'm also looking at the Toyo's.

Living in northern Utah, ice is a factor, I do a lot of snowboarding in the winter time. Does anybody else with these have snow and ice experience with them? How about the Toyo M/T's? Does siping help? Would you sipe an off road - rock tire?

Bear with me, new guy to the forum, got get all my dumb questions out right away. Anyway thanks for posting, you live in Toronto, if you're thinking they are alright in the snow - I probably got nothin to worry about.

Wait till you get a few more miles on them

Never been in ice...but they do well in snow. If I bought them again, I would have them siped.

http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/bfgap...kuptruck_0.jsp

Try this link to see what 35's do to your gear ratio and speedo calibration. If that will not work just search BFG and find the little tool that opens to it under tire tips and offroad tires over on the right side of the page.
I have 33's and torsions turned up 6. I have noticed I have a slight polished place on the drivers side front tire on the sway bar and the passenger side.
How much off camber or full suspension stretch have you done with the 35's? I don't want to limit upward travel.
