Can anyone tell me the difference b/t the suspension in the adventure pkg and the lux. The lux has the benefit of garage door opener buttons, and other options I can live without. I am planning on putting 35" tires on anyway, so the 33's on the adventure won't make a difference. But 35's with the lux suspension versus 35's with the adventure suspension. Any difference? What is everyone's opinion? Thanks

I thought the gearing is different, as in 4.10's. which you will want if you're going with 35's

As I said before, get both, if you can. If not, get the Adv. with the additional options you want.

Sounds like the way for me is the ADV PKG. Can add a lot of that other stuff aftermarket or in options. My dealer says they can custom add the heated seats and better quality leather and for cheaper too. Also don't think I like all the chrome. Does Lux Pkg automatically come with chrome or is that a separate option?

Only rear axle gear on the H3; Lux, adveture, off-road, manual, auto, etc., is a 4.56:1.
The off-road offers you the locker, a 4:1 versus 2.64:1 transfer case, different shocks.

x3

That's the way to go

There is a "Chromed Appearance Package" that is an option for either the Adv. or the Lux. It gives you the chromed door handles and mirror caps. And then if you go Lux, there is the chromed wheels option as well. (none of that is my sort of thing, but to each his own)

I went with the Adventure myself because they had one on the lot with the key options I wanted. For the most part, they only thing that the Lux package would have given me that I might miss, but don't so far, is the power leather seats. I would probably never use the heating option on the Lux seats so won't miss that. One other item that comes with the Lux that wasn't mentioned is the cargo mat. I was going to order one but have found I don't think I really want it. The one option that I was not going to go without and I would highly recommend getting is the sunroof, you will love it.
