Default H2 loses power going uphill??

My 2004 Hummer H2 loses power going uphill at higher speeds, i.e. on the interstate, at the same time the temp gauge bumps up and down?????

Pretty hard to say, could be converters getting restricted, fuel filter would be more likely or a weak fuel pump.
