Hi you mean you have a sony radio or a stand alone sony screen? Or a sony back up camera to mount and you need know where it hooks into. Do you have a stock nav radio?

I have a Sony in dash XNV770BT/Nav unit that came with a Sony back up camera. The camera only works with the radio unit on the menu screen and after pushing the camera adjustment "button".It won`t work in anyother mode..ie: radio, dvd, usb. And Sony said that the cam. should turn on ANY time I put it in reverse. The install center, who hooked the cam up says they hooked everything up correct,ie: Lt.green wire to a terminal under the dash(fuse box).I asume it`s an easy hook up,so I guess I`ll look at it today.....so my ? is...is the wire from the Sony unit(reverse out) connected to the Lt.green wire under the dash......and is that the wire for the reverse lights?

Hi do you have the wiring diagram that came with the unit? Sounds like its missing the reverse signal to turn on the camera when you put it in reverse. I just checked the wiring on my 2008 in it is a Lt. green wire for reverse. Check the Lt. green wire they hooked up and must sure it has 12 volt when you put the truck in reverse.
