Just wondering from h2 owners how much does it take to fill up your hummer. I am thinking of getting one and althought gas price is not important to me I just wanted to know if I will be paying $100 everytime i fill up. And is it true that fuel economy is aobut the same as expeditions, yukons etc.

Thanks

On the other hand, about the same as the Expedition, Suburban, big Mercedez, 7 series BMW, Excursion, etc.

Average fill-up for me is about 27 gallons.

SO it you fill up 27 gallons at the common reg price of 1.85 (NC price) you pay on average $50 to fill up

Was there really a need for this line of questions. Are you sure you are old enough to buy an H2 if you are not old enough to see how many gallons the H2 will hold and multiply that number by whatever freaking price of gas you want.

I paid $1.48 per gallon last week and paid $1.89 today. So what exactly is the point to, first, even needing to know how much it costs to fill up, and secondly, asking someone to do simple math for you. You know, a few weeks ago it only cost me $9.50 and my needle was sit nice and sweet on F.

How much ?

I have a 05 H2 and it's getting 12.4 MPG. Gas was $2.19 a gallon the other day and the pump stopped at $50.00. It was close to "E"mpty and the $50 didn't cover it. I could of re-inserted the card for another 5-10 dollars of gas but..

The H2 sucks gas hard.... But that's the price you pay.

I am very much old enough paragon to do the math. I simply wanted a number from a actual owner. Actually my job intails me to calculate all day. Sorry as you can see on the very next post before i saw his response i had calculated how much it cost. I did not ask you to answer my question I asked the nice guy who responeded first. You actually can stay out of my post as far as i am concerned if you have nothing positive to add to it. Get that stick out of you ass guy.

I was thinking the same thing Jonahs. The H3 will have a much better MPG than H2 so it would be more important to know about the H3.
Good choice of ride though Crystal. We plan to welcome the H3 owners with open arms but, just as a tease remind them they are our little brothers and may get teased and picked on. But, that is because We Love them and welcome them to the Hummer family.
Good luck on Your purchase.
Let us know when You get it and post pictures.
