Cowl removal - assistance

Hey all,
I know this has been discussed on here before, but after searching through the site I have yet to find detailed instructions.
I am looking for detailed instructions on how to remove and replace the fake air scoops/intakes and cowl on my rig.
I think I read there is a trick to it and also that removal has to be careful since you could break off pieces.

So I figured I would brave the "its so simple, youre stupid" comments to make sure I am doing it right since this is my daily and i can afford down time or more things breaking as I am trying to fix things that broke now

Thanks all.

They basically just pop off. They are held in with standard clips. I've had mine off a bunch of times and this last time I did break one of the small alignment posts. It doesn't do anything honestly since all the clips are intact. If you have any of those plastic pry bars, the non scratching ones you can slowly use one of those.

So all the piece are just held in with pressure clips? And some light pressure and a little finess and out the three (?) pieces should come out?

They lift/pop straight up. There are 4 clips to each "intake". You'll see how they look once you get the first one off.
