Default Side mirrors left and right not moving at all

My mirrors will tilt up and down but not left to right? Could it be a fuse or are they done?

There is a thread on one of the forums out there that shows how to take apart the mirrors and fix the small motor inside.

That also entails removing your door panels (which I have yet to figure out how) to get to the mirror bolts.

This link should still work and it is a good write up on the H2 mirror by Easy Ed. Side mirrors do not have a fuse. Some success by just cleaning the circuit board and motor/gear assembly after gaining access to the mirror.

that's a good write up, I need to just rip a door panel off to see how they come off/go on so I can get my billet door buckets installed!

I've taken mine off a couple of times. It easier when you use a special pulling tool that can get right behind the clips and then you can just "pop" them off a lot easier. Let me know if you need more help with this.....I also have the OEM service manual too.
