Need Help about hummer 14" lift kit ???

That is not just a lift. It looks like a solid axle swap.

If you don't work on them yourself (and it sure doesn't sound like you do) or if you don't have someone else in mind that has experience....... don't bother.

That truck has much that could go wrong...... You can send for the parts...... sending for the tech to do the work is another story........ or maybe not for you.
