So I jump in the truck today with the g/f to go look at some furniture stores....no music playing even though its on track 7. Change tracks, no sound, not even little buzz/whisper you get when you turn speakers up loud with nothing playing. Change cd's...nothing....radio....nothing. Nothing nothing nothing. Stupid fracking radio, anyone else had this problem? I'm gonna call the dealer and talk. I'm not going to pay those suckers to fix it if I'm just going to have a system put in. So anyways, anyone experience this? Radio says its playing the CD/radio station, but not a sound...

GM bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians,
NOT a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform these
technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to
provide information that could assist in the proper service of a
vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment,

safely. If a condition is described, DO NOT assume that the
bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have
that condition. See your GM dealer for information on whether
your vehicle may benefit from the information.

Cool, thanks Klaus. The tech at the dealer said they've run into this before, usually a blown amp.
