MisterEd, don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I purchased mine from these guys.
It's chrome and locks and is excellent. I've been totally happy with it. They also have a powdercoat version too.
Good guys too.

I didn't pay $500 for it either. I spend enough on gas, I don't need to spend that much to protect it.
