I know when we started building H3's, we had both 4.10 and 4.56. Now I haven't checked in a while, so they could have canceled the 4.10. I'll check it out next week and see if what we are now building.

I looked through the plant parts list and it looks like the 4.56 is the only one for the Hummer, now. The 4.10 must have been dropped. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

You know H3, it's funny how some guys gotta try to make themselves feel smarter by putting other people down. You could pull the cover off an axle, SHOW 'em a 4.10 gear set, they'll still post pictures of a guy with their head up their arse.

About the crew cab Alpha, call whatever the heck you want, a four door open top is what it is. It's got four doors and the pickup bed behind it. Took the wife to see, sit in it etc. The thing's awesome but pretty darned impractical. The seating is VERY cramped, the back seat's useless except if four wee midgets are riding in it. It's ready for anything though. The cockpit has more switches in it than a 747. This is one vehicle that I'd have extended warranty on, just to cover all the electronics! Very cool. With my bad knee, it's a real chore sitting in the seat and pulling your knee to your chin to clear the door sill.

I look at the sticker on that Alpha and wonder though, where do they get $135k? I'm figuring about 12k for the engine and tranny, 2k for the tcase, 10k for the portal drive assemblies, $3k extra for the CTIS, 20k for the rest of the rig. How do they get to $135? It is a one and only, that's for sure!
