So how many H2s did you guys pass on the road on Turkey day?
I did not see one. So disapointed.
But I sure did get some finger pointing by passerbys on the interstate and by one Trooper, but I don't think he was gaulking at the Rig.

I saw a black one. I have a pewter one.
I wish I had the only Hummer. Or one of just a handful. But oh well.

I saw a pewter H2 in the mall today. I did not wave at her and she did not wave at me. Waving to the subjects (people and drivers in other cars) is quite okay and responsibility of every Hummer driver, but waving to another Hummer is still a bit hard for me to do. What if she does not wave back? I loose face, nobody wants to look like an idiot. Time was a factor as well, in most close encounter of the Hummerkind, one basically has mere seconds from spotting, positioning, decide if you should wave to passing each others.

dricksar, are you blond and very beautiful? Were you in No. Calif. about 1PM? only 400 miles away. I did not wave to you, but I was very sincere when thinking about waving, that’s what matters.
It is every American's duty to shop today. I am not a shopper, but every Day After Thanksgiving, I feel like shopping. By noon, I suddenly remembered today (Fri) is not a holiday, so I decided to stop by the office to show my face and demonstrate my sincerity. On my way there I dropped off my 2 teenager sons at the mall, so they can look at the latest X/PS2 games without me staring at my watch outside the stores. That's my long answer to your short question.
Amy, I live in Hillsborough Calif. 18 miles south of San Francisco, 30 miles north of San Jose (Silicon Valley), 1/2 mile to the famous San Andreas earth quake fault, 11000 residents, 4 schools for residents, no business, no church, no sidewalk and no street light allowed. In short, I am an Hillbilly. After so many years, I don’t know any of my neighbors, I guess they don’t know each others either, thus I didn’t know my next door neighbor has a Hummer H2, he moved away 2 weeks ago, which I did not know until 1 week ago when my gardeners told me. Even though I don’t know my neighbors, but I like my neighbors very sincerely, which is what really counts.

We were wondering where did Steve go, now we know you were having a blast, while all of us were stuffing the birds and staying on the nice side of the in-laws. We had a big Thanksgiving party tonight, my wife has lots of sisters living in the same town as us, they go to husbands' family Thanksgiving dinners last night, we handle the 2nd night for the girls' side. Just finished reading the posts I missed, time for bed, didn't notice it is 130AM. Great pictures you posted.

none. We did pass a white one last night after driving the H2 through the Christmas light display. I had a full truck and we all waved but they didn't wave back.

Buck-up sunshine...your not alone out there....there's plenty of us fun-loving fellow-H2er's that'll give ya a wave.
I've passed several other H2's that somehow neglect to wave back, either they're not into it or they didn't see ya. But don't let that get you blue.
Just know that while your driving around out there in the world...even though you can't see us or hear us....there's a little part of your Humm-budz right there with ya, in your spirit and in your soul. We'll always be part of you....except when you get pulled over for speeding; your on your own honey!

It must be a south Florida thing. I got my H2 two weeks after they released and it seemed like mine was the only one around.
A few weeks later, and it seems like everyone is driving one. I imagine a year from now, they will be as common as Suburbans.
AND, no one around here waves! I think I'm going to move back to KC.
Glad I kept my Prowler. =)
