Matco = Danaher
Snap-On = Snap-On
Mac Tools = Stanley
Sears = Danaher
SK HandTools = SK

Best Tools = basically all the same, which ever is most convenient. They all have over-the-counter lifetime warranties. Auto Zone, Home Depot, Advance, OCC are all products of the above mfgs.

Best Tool Box = By far Matco. This is their claim to fame.

Let's just say I'm in the industry.
