I hope not Phil. It is truly not My intentions. Hey just be glad You do not have to be at Our shop on the days I go over and hang to see what's going on.
I try to wait till later in the day so they get most of the stuff they are working on done for that day. This way I do not distract them to much because We start discussing conceptial ideas. They all have an idea about something that they want to try and I'm the worst of the bunch. 
Dragon tries to let the guys do something special as time allows or if they want to stay late or open the shop on Saturday to work on an idea. There is just not any time during the day anymore with so much custom work now.
